Pakistani Halwa purri
Today we will teach you how to make Halwa Puri, the famous breakfast of Pakistan.
Ingredients;
Semolina: 1 cup
Green cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Pistachios: 25 grams
Ghee: 1 cup
Raisins: 25 grams
Water: 3 cup
Sugar: 2 cups
Almonds: 25 grams
composition use;
First of all, boil water and yellow color in sugar and cook it so much that the sugar dissolves well in the water,
then add ghee to the pan and add cardamom, and fry the semolina in ghee until the rawness of the semolina disappears,
then Add sugar syrup and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, add half dry fruit, and remove from stove.
Warning, (Don't completely dry the water of halwa, if it is thin, remove it).
Now put it in a dish and add the remaining dry fruits on top and eat it with delicious halwa puri.......
