Biryani recipe Complete Biryani Recipe Procedure;
Ingredients:
1: Goat meat, 1 kg
2: Rice, 1 kg
3: Yogurt, 1 cup
4: Warm milk, 1 cup
5: Cook oil, 1 cup
6: Finely chopped onions, 4 pcs
7: Cloves, 4 pcs
8: Lemon, 6 pcs
9: Green chillies, 6 pcs
10: Ground black pepper, 8 pcs Small
11: cardamom,8 pcs
12: Finely chopped mint, 1 bunch
13: Yolk color, 1 pinch Black
14: Cumin, 1 tsp
15: White vinegar, 1 tablespoon
16: Ground Red Chilli, 1 Tablespoon
17: Raw grated papaya, 2 servings spoon
18: Ginger garlic paste, 1،1/2 tbsp
19: Salt, As per taste۔
Recipe Usage:
1 kg of meat in a pot, 2 tablespoons of raw ground papaya, 1 tablespoon of ground red chili, 1.1/2 tablespoon of garlic ginger paste, 4 lemons, 8 small cardamoms, half a bunch of mint, Add 4 pieces of green pepper, 8 pieces of black pepper, and 2 pieces of cloves and mix well, and keep it for half an hour. Add oil and heat it, add 4 chopped onions to it and make it golden brown, and take it out and spread it on a newspaper, and add the hot oil to the meat. Add green chilies, small cardamom, one teaspoon of black cumin, salt as needed and 1 tablespoon of vinegar and boil it, and strain the water.Then put a little grease on the bottom of the rice pot and add half of the rice, add oil and spread the meat. Now mix a pinch of yolk color in 1 cup of warm milk and spread it on the rice, along with the remaining onion, lemon juice and a tablespoon of cooking oil then cover it with a lid and cook on high for 5 to 6 minutes. Keep it, then lower the heat and let the steam rise, now eat the delicious fragrant biryani with raita pickles and remember it in prayers.
